Updated review:
3rd year cleaning with them and unfortunately this time they did not deliver. After drying for a couple of days it looks like a couple dirty spots were "spread" all over the carpet. I emailed and they nicely agreed to come for a redo.

They are miracle workers! They did an amazing job with my carpet which had a mud spot from the winter. Scott was very professional and gave me good tips on how to help the carpet dry afterwards. Additionally the price was very fair.
